Project description
The project “Does Culture Matter?” is an EU funded project and its main theme is intercultural competence.
Training Programme:
Training Course: 05.08.-12.08.2015 in Slanic Moldova, Romania
Online Coaching: 01.09. – 07.11.2015
Training Course: 24.11.-01.12.2015 in Bali, Indonesia.
The project is designed for trainers, coaches, project managers, mentors, teachers and staff members working in international settings and with culturally diverse groups. Project participants come from Europe and Asia to exchange their experience and develop intercultural communication skills in non-formal setting.
The programme is also designed to develop the intercultural communication competences of participants coming from three sectors: the for-profit sector, the not-for-profit sector and higher education. In the project there are 3 trainers, 3 support staff and 28 participants.
This particular bid announcement is specifically for the training course in Bali, 24.11.2015 – 01.12.2015.
Hotel/Venue Requirement:
We need to allocated for 34 participants (twin room, full board accommodation with meeting facility). We will need a big training/conference room allocate for our group the whole time, plus one office space for coordinator. The accommodation should be ensuite and within the same location as the training/conference room and ideally close to public transport / shops / beach. The conference room should be equipped with audio visual facility, flipcharts and writing materials. The meeting package should also provide 2 coffee/tea/snack breaks during the training week. The arrival date is 24.11.2015 – 01.12.2015.
Transport Requirement:
We need to transport all the 34 participants (including the local participants from all over Bali) from the airport to the venue return, during the day of study trip and a farewell dinner out.
