There are two activities for these projects which are going to happen soon:

Job Shadowing

The Job Shadowing consists of an observation period in which selected participants will have the opportunity of collaborating with an European organisations, by “shadowing”, or learning while observing and working along the regular staff, how to successfully run a youth NGO. The Job Shadowing will take place between 25th February to 19th March 2016. 10 participants, 5 from Indonesia and 5 from The Philippines, will join the staff from each European organization involved in Euroasi, for a 21-day long full immersion into the everyday work of a well-established youth NGO.

At the same time, not only will the participants learn from their European partners, but also the latter will have the chance to benefit from this intercultural experience and to receive interesting inputs from different perspectives.

European Voluntary Service

The European Voluntary Services is a program of the European Union that allows young people to express their personal commitment through unpaid and full-time voluntary service in another country. Young volunteers are given the opportunity to contribute to the daily work of the organisation and, in return, to increase their knowledge and competences.
