We develop and deliver international projects for young people and organisations working with young people, to support their growth into peaceful and tolerant global citizens, developing new skills relevant for an increasingly internationalized world. We do our work through a range of services such as consultancy services, training courses, cultural exchanges and study visits.
One of the services we offer is to support governments, public and commercial organisations building and developing best practice in youth engagement. We are able to help such bodies develop tailored-made youth programmes, services and engagements.
We offer a range of training courses with themes such as social inclusion, conflict management, climate change and professional development. Our training courses can also be tailored for specific audience or organisation’s needs.
We work with partners to develop and deliver theme-based youth exchanges. These can cover a broad range of topics from climate change to poverty reduction but overall have the aim of giving young people a life changing educational experience.
As a small non profit organisation, we work with volunteers from all over the world who help us running Act Global. Apart from having help from our local volunteers, we also have been hosting overseas volunteers in Bali, Indonesia.
We offer the opportunity to come to the UK and see how the youth and community sector works and how Non-formal learning is put into action.
