Linking EU Youth Organisations with Eastern Europe and the Caucasus

Partnership Building Activity

Baku, Azerbaijan, 6th to 13th April 2014 (Participants for UK, Azerbaijan, Russia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Turkey, Georgia, Netherlands )

This project aimed to bring together organisations from eight different countries to examine the possibility for further cooperation under European based funding programmes, including the Erasmus + programme. The project invited decision makers from organisations engaged in working with young people and / or youth workers.

This project hosted over 30 participants where each organisation represented was asked to make a presentation about their operations. These presentations highlighted what they do, what they can offer and most importantly their ideas about international collaboration. We also hosted an intercultural evening where each country  presented their own culture to the wider group.

The project aimed to create connections between Eastern and Western countries from Europe and the Caucasus.
